The children loved laying a brick with our Buddy Class for our new Labyrinth. It is looking amazing and we can't wait to use it.
Honeybrook Adventure Farm visit on Thursday 25th April 2019
The children and adults had a fantastic trip to Honeybrook Adventure Farm. The children loved learning about the animals, trying new things and showing our value of respect. They were very polite and well behaved. A real credit to Archbishop Wake Primary School.

This year our Arts Week focus is on a country in Asia. We are learning about India.
We got on board the 'magic carpet' and zoomed to India via Google Earth. We looked at the shape of the country and noticed that it looked like an elephants ear!
Our art has been inspired by the fantastic book, 'The Elephant Dance: A Journey to India' and some amazing artefacts and resources from DEED.

We had a fantastic time visiting the 'big' church in Blandford. We were made very welcome by Neil and then looked around the church to look at the amazing things.

Noah's Ark Assembly Thursday 14th June 2018
Well done to all of the children that took part in our Noah's
Ark Assembly. It was truly amazing. Thank you to all of the parents and carers that came along. We hope that you enjoyed it too!
Thank to Mr Harding for coming to talk to us about his job and showing us Cassie the dog and Sid the snake.
We had an amazing time visiting Tesco's thanks to Phoebe the Tesco Community Worker. We got to go to places that most people haven't seen.
We got to work on the checkouts, look in the cooler and freezer, taste cheese and bread. We even found out about fish!

Chinese New Year - Year of the Dog

A Special Visitor!
We were very lucky to welcome Miss Jeune to Reception this week. She is an historian and told us lots about fossils and dinosaurs. We even got to touch the fossils and some dinosaur poo! It was really exciting and we learnt lots!
